With snow on the ground, we’re eagerly awaiting spring. We’re anticipating another good year. We have learned a lot in “going organic” in our first two years, but haven’t even touched “the tip of the iceberg” in our quest of knowledge. We have been so blessed by all the help we’ve received from friends and new acquaintances we’ve met in the organic genre. They have greatly helped us in our learning curve. We have many different things that we’re going to try in 2009.

We have increased our organic acreage again in 2009 and plan to offer many different products. We’re willing to try different things and will entertain any ideas that you have. It appears that there are many opportunities for this industry that we haven’t been involved with yet.

We value all the time that so many people have spent helping us learn the organic industry and way of life. With great optimism we look forward to cultivating stronger friendships with all that we come in contact with on this great journey.
