Granstrom Farms, LLC. is located in South Central Nebraska, 30 miles south of I-80. We are on the eastern edge of the arid Nebraska Sandhills, situated between the Platte and Republican River Valleys. Our annual rainfall is 23 inches. Our soil types very from sandy to clay. Our haying season runs from the first part of May through October. We have baled 5th cutting alfalfa in December. We’re located on the eastern edge of a drier climate.
